Writing in Persian
Persian uses the Arabic script with four extra letters (پ چ ژ گ) and relies on the zero-width non-joiner (nim-fāsele) inside words such as میخواهم; losing it changes how words are joined.
Persian distinguishes informal to from formal shomā. Business documents use shomā.
Dari (Afghanistan) and Tajik (Tajikistan, written in Cyrillic) are close relatives, not covered by this target.
