What to expect

Text cells in your workbook are translated into English; formulas, numbers and formatting stay exactly as they were.

Widen columns where the English labels wrap or get cut off.

Translating from Chinese (Simplified)

Chinese doesn't mark tense or plural on words, so the translation infers time and number from context: one report or several, done or planned. Check dates and quantities that matter.

Decimal point. Large numbers are often expressed in units of 万 (10,000) in text. Dates are written year first (2026年10月14日).

Simplified characters are used in mainland China and Singapore. For Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, choose Chinese (Traditional).

How it works

  1. Drop your Excel file with the source on Chinese (Simplified) or Auto-detect.
  2. Check the page count and credit cost, then press Translate.
  3. Download the English file. Signed-in users also find it in History for 7 days.
